Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. This policy explains how information is used when you join AI4Aces, use its tools, or visit a member’s public speaker page.
Information we collect
We store account details, profile and book information, photos and files you upload, pitches, leads, testimonials, and the work you save. We also store subscription records and activity such as page views, link clicks, and inquiries. Booking and review forms collect the details you enter so the member can respond.
Private work and public pages
Member records use account-based access controls. Some information is meant to be public: when your speaker page is live, visitors can see the profile details shown there, books, photos, contact details, and approved testimonials. Public information may be copied or indexed by search engines. Turning a page off cannot remove copies already saved elsewhere. Treat uploaded media intended for your speaker page as shareable, not as confidential storage.
AI tools
When you request AI writing, your full profile, book details, and relevant input are sent through our AI service to generate a response. This may include contact details in your profile and any transcript or notes you provide. Only share material you have permission to use. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or sensitive information about other people. Review AI results before using them.
Services and administrators
Lovable Cloud supports account and data services. Stripe handles checkout and billing. AI and email providers receive information needed to deliver those services. Authorized administrators can access information needed to run and support the club. Signup and login alerts sent to administrators include your name, email address, and the time of the event.
Browser storage and outside links
The app uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, theme choices, and working drafts. External websites and embedded videos, including YouTube or Vimeo, may collect information under their own policies when you visit or load them.
Your choices and saved information
You can edit your profile, control whether your speaker page is on, and approve or remove testimonials. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or saved work. To request access, corrections, or deletion, email info@pagestoprofits.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some billing, security, or legal records may need to be kept after a deletion request.

No online service can promise complete security. If you suspect unauthorized access or have a privacy concern, contact info@pagestoprofits.com. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
